In preparation for installing a new interior in my Lancair IV, I am contemplating a seatbelt “upgrade”.  Do any Lancair flyers out there have shoulder harness seatbelts on all four (4) seats (front and rear)?  Is it a good idea to install such a set up?  If so, what is the best source for acquisition of these belts?
