Everything that I have read from Hamid that has to do with instruments has been very helpful. He should be given an award for his engineering experience and prowess.
A 2nd award that should go to Hamid is for being an absolute idiot as far as how to inspire people. I wonder if he has ever been let out in public? You can't learn from other's mistakes if you think that all other's mistakes are because they all have less experience than you.
Hamid, I hope that you can take what you can dish out. In all honesty, I really do appreciate your writing.

the humility to accept the results of testing and the wisdom to mitigate the risk. Hamid is a very good engineer. Ignore his advice at your peril. If you need a sycophant, you are looking in the wrong place.
