Two totally isolated systems with a guarded push switch buss tie in emergencies. Start up avionics and engine monitors reside on Buss B. Starter and hydralic pump reside on Buss A. No draw down on the panel during engine start or hydralic pump. One each comm and AI (mechanical or AHRS) on each buss. Plus, I can install a 12V seat heater from Chevy and wear a 12V heating blanket in the cold (power off the cigarette plug). My copper wire guage (not alumimum) from the baggage area battery weighs more than 24V would.
