go to Harbor Freight and get 2 three ton jacks with a
20"
ram. Take 2 2x2 3/4" pieces of plywood( get the flat
base
on the jacks), cut out the footprint of the jack on one
piece
of plywood. Take supports from each corner of the
plywood
and attach to a washed that fits round the ram. The
attach
points at the corners of the plywood will go though the
2
pieces of plywood. the jack base will sit on one, and
the
other with the footprint cutout of the jack base, will
hold the
base of the jack in place. Total cost both jacks
$100.00
+ or - $10.00

Subject: [LML] Lancair IV homemade
Jacks?
When I had my lancair 320, I had some homemade jacks made,
and they worked excellent! I was just wondering if anyone has made
any jacks for the Lancair IV? If so would like to see a picture to get some
ideas. Thanks, Guy Foreman guyjill01@hotmail.com
