An injector is certainly a possibility, or a bad EGT probe.  A simply way to test the probe is to trade places with another probe, like #2.  If there's enough service loop in the EGT leads you should be able to swap them around with changing the wiring.  In that case (i.e. the probe electrical connections weren't changed) if the #4 probe, which is now on the #2 cylinder, still reads low it's a probe problem.  If the #2 probe now reads low it's an injector/cylinder problem.  I had a low EGT on a Commander 112 that turned out to be a bad cam lobe.  Hope that's not your problem.
