Bryan,

 

I remove my header at least once a year.  It allows easy access to assess brake cylinders for leaks, brake lines, wiring, control cable attach points, avionics shelf attach points,  and header tank leaks just to name a few.

 

This is one of those topics that you’d really regret IMHO.
