[You can trigger the AOA indicator into the flaps position by mounting the switch so it knows that the flaps are simply "not up".... IOW, as soon as the flaps start extending you can allow the switch to de-actuate and use the NC contacts to send the flaps down signal.  I hope this helps.   <Marv>   ]
