Using washers as spacers on a hydraulic rod NO. There are all kind of rod
stops that use nothing more than a couple washers to jam-stop the cylinder.
Depending on which way they tilt they can jam a cylinder in either
direction, They can actually dig in hard enough to mark the cylinder rod.
