You certainly would increase cabin noise.  You might also reduce performance due to increased drag.  Flexure of installed wiring and tubing might be increased due to wind and turbulance buffeting.  Your solution is not a glamerous one.  I suggest you preload your doors, ie heat them up and put a twist and bend to stay shut.
