Garry,
Last year I installed the Infinity grips with the flap switch next to the
coolie hat trim switch.
The switch was momentary extend-off-latch up.
This was a mistake, as on numerous occasion on approach, the flap switch was
inadvertently knocked to the UP position and the flaps retracted.
This inadvertent selection was not only by me as the pilot but also by
passengers simply by catching it is a sleeve cuff of other means.
Last month I replaced the switch to latch OFF, and momentary UP and EXTEND.
In my opinion, a much safer condition.

Flap Switch
I am building L-360 and currently working on a panel and flap system. Could
you please let me know the most suitable switch for flap operation. I will
place my switch on the bottom right of off avionics' stack. I am not sure if
I should use "on-off-momentary" or "momentary-off-momentary" flap switch.
Also I am considering putting this switch on the side of Infinity stick,
perhaps. Thank you in advance for your comments.
Regards,
Garry V. Laznicka
