On summer days, my cruise oil temps = are about what you experienced on your trip - 210-215 unless I'm down = lower at a higher indicated airspeed (which puts more air across the oil = cooler). Unless Continental recommends lower numbers, your engine = sounds OK to me.    I have an IO-540 in my ES = and from=20 what I know, 220 isn't that unusual an oil temp in the = climb.  On=20 summer days, my cruise oil temps are about what you experienced on your = trip -=20 210-215 unless I'm down lower at a higher indicated airspeed (which puts = more=20 air across the oil cooler).  Unless Continental recommends = lower=20 numbers, your engine sounds OK to me.
