I couldn't get anyone at the Sacramento "Shy" Ranch
to respond. Just looked at their shoes and mumbled
something about "error 404 Page not found".

The folks at the Sacramento "Sky" Ranch were much more outgoing:

Specialty Tires (the tire company formerly known as McCreary)
had this to say about nose tires:
