I'm also a little taken back by James problems, as I've also had just the
opposite. The last occurrence was just last week, when I called about
getting a software upgrade for my DigiFlight II VSGV FP. I promptly was
given an RMA number, and they turned the unit around in less than 2 days at
their facility. When I received it I was pleasantly surprised to see a note
on the invoice that they replaced the bezel and control knob because the
color had faded! Cost - $0.
