I have experienced a Nylaflow failure years ago BUT suspect that I overtightened the fitting on the brake cylinder and caused the nylon hose to pop out of the fitting. Has anyone tried the 3/16"  Stainless Steel brake lines from Speedway motors.?   I used them when I replaced the nylaflow lines in the gear legs with aluminum tube.  (They permit the rotation of the gear leg trundle.)  Standard lengths are very reasonable especially when compared with the DH prices.
