Our FSDO
said it was OK to list both of us on the registration and the OK City Folks
granted it.
Anything can own an experimental airplane, only one human
being can be the named builder/repairman. Thus Joe Blow and
John Doe, both co-builders of a Crash-Quick experimental, amateur built
aircraft must decide whether it will be a Blow or Doe Crash-Quick
(manufacturer field, airworthiness certificate) even though both will own the
airplane as specified in the owner field of the registration certificate.
The airworthiness also specifies who may obtain the repairman certificate.
