 My wife said 4 weeks before the first flight, after 5 years of not seeing me
 because I was building it: "I'm going to get my pilot license so I can fly
 it too!" Six months later I was relegated to right seat if we flew somewhere
 together. The other good thing about all this is she never had any interest
 in flying it solo and only wanted to fly with me - but I had to learn to
 keep my mouth shut.
 
 Oh yeah, she was the one who picked the interior color 2 years before the
 first flight (I should have known).
