I am currently replacing my second > aluminum line due to pinhole leaks... Hi Tom, Wow, something's bad wrong. The AL fuel lines in the cabin should be low pressure and AL lines will handle at least a couple thousand psi. In most aircraft applications (fuel and hydraulics) AL lines last the life of the plane. Where are the pinholes developing? Was a proper tubing bender used to bend it? Proper flares? Is it tied down securely at reasonable intervals to avoid excessive vibration? Is it padded where it might touch other components? Are you sure it's the line itself and not the connections? Have you tried Dell fittings? Bring it by, let's take a look.
