I'm trying to visualize your control surface shaping suggestions.
 
Are you saying that if the trailing edge of the wing ahead of the aileron or elevator were 10 centimeters thick, the leading edge of the aileron or elevater should be 11.5 centimeters thick (rounded, of course) on each side for a total thickness of 13 centimeters?  And that the control surface thickness would swell aft of that to maintain a convex shape?  Or did you mean to say "concave", which would reduce the thickness aft of the leading edge?
