About the pressure building in flight, I have a seperate light that illuminates anytime the pump is running.  Sometimes it cycles on during flight to repressurize.  Do you know if your pumps are doing that?

It is not unusual of the cycles are short and far apart.  Once engaged, a pressure switch has a holding range of several hundred psi.  Under the rigors of flight, G greater than one maneuvers, temperature changes and less than perfect seals, it is understandable that the pump would occasionally need to re-build the pressure that is characterized by a short blip.

 

My pump blips maybe once every 1/2 hour in flight.  I have left my airplane over a weekend on jacks with the gear retracted (power shut down) and returned on Monday to see little, if any, door sag.
