If it happened in the air [ and the plane is/was registered to Flight Safety] you'd think it would have been reported, not so if it happened on the ground.. [ like something running into the plane while it was parked] It was something that came from above the level of the stab so I don't think a car would have done it. Typically H-stab's are in a 'yoke forward' postion w/ the control lock in so to fold it under and back.. woulda taken something unique to do it..
