The other thing to consider is that with the flaps in the reflex position
there is little or no effective washout in the tips. Amongst other things
washout (or a lesser angle of attack than the rest of the wing - about 3
degrees in the 360 compared to the flap in the non-reflexed or down 7 degree
position) stops the tips from stalling before more inboard sections of the
wing, theoretically making it less likely to snap one way or the other at
the stall.
This would suggest that as soon as the speed comes down flaps to the
non-reflexed position would be mandatory.
I am not able to speak with experience with this but that is what theory
would suggest.
