Yes!

I think that the assumption that the engine failed is premature. I have been told that an examination of internal components of the engine DO NOT suggest any mechanical failure.

What is suspect, is fuel system operation or design. Is this system tolerant of mismanagement? Can a tank be run dry-- and switched to a new source and engine restarted??
Reports say that the highway was coated with fuel. If fuel was onboard-- ??
