 That's going to depend on the completeness and format of the intellectual
property that you have.  If you have the PCB files in one of the more common
formats (Gerber files, for example) you can go to someplace like PCB Express
(www.pcbexpress.com) and get the bare circuit boards fabricated at a
reasonable price, assuming there are no more than 6 layers in the board.
(Unless it's a fairly complex board it's not likely to be more than 6 layers.)
 Do you also need someone to procure parts and assemble the board?  Roughly
how many parts are involved?  Are they surface mount or through-hole, or a
mixture of both?  Are there any programmable devices involved?  If so, does
your information include programming files?
