It depends on how nice = you want the=20 plane to be.  My opinion is a pro builder is 2500 to 3000 = hours.  A=20 first time builder is 3500 to 4000 hours.  This is primer and = flyable with=20 no interior and final paint.  You pay to have the panel and wiring=20 harnesses done.
