The "Warbird" arrival is SOP for demo aircraft and like the Ripon to Fisk arrival requires you to keep your head on a swivel. IMHO, Rick Durden's overall message was not so much aimed at a Lancair pilot who used the warbird arrival but at pilots who do not read the NOTAMs and do not follow the published procedures or follow the controller instructions. There are many non warbird aircraft that use the warbird arrival. I think it is a much better arrival procedure for our aircraft.
