I don't get it. How can a brand new 737 and a new $ 25 million jet collide at 37,000' How can they not have TCAD?
Unless the 737 broke up and falling debris caused the damage to the Legacy 600.
 The wing and tail of the Embraer Legacy 600 were damaged in what seems to have been a collision with a Boeing 737 in Brazil on Friday.
