'Fraid not. Our canapes, oops - canopies (durn french), are made out of xxxxxxxx and they will not shatter like safety glass in autos. FWIW, the canopy knife is installed on many WWII warbirds with modern plexi... This is all anecdotal until someone finds a blemished canopy to test a knife on.... But the knifes are made for plexi, not tempered glass.
