Yes, but *don't* mount that GPS antenna there anymore... It was determined that there was too much "shadow" effect from the Carbon while in turns, climbs, etc.
 
Instead the GPS antenna goes on a little mount that attaches to the inside of the access panels for the wingtip.  e.g. inside the wingtip...

    Thanks!  Why didn't I think of that (mounting the ELT antenna on the back of the seat)?  It's sort of the same kludge as mounting the GPS antenna on top of the radio stack, letting it "see" through the canopy.
    True, if you're upside down, the seat back location would be pretty worthless, but then so would the top of the fuselage location.   Que sera, ....
