Is something in the plumbing to prevent the dump valve from = relieving the pressure? Isn't it curious that all of the = pressure isn't=20 relieved by opening the dump valve? Is something in the plumbing to = prevent the=20 dump valve from relieving the pressure? I suppose the pressure dumps = when you=20 bleed the line?
