Not to mention a fedral offense! Getting caught stealing $20 worth of fuel out of a plane could lead to a {attempted} manslaughter charge and prision time.. Airports should have notices to this effect posted at the entrance. I think most of the time its kids [or immature adults] on a lark that don't realise the the implications of their actions..
