I will be doing fisrt flight and break-in of a TSIO
550
built by Barrett Performance Eng. The engine has
8.5/1
compression and the more efficient turbos. Would
appriciate any words of wisdom regarding the break-in of this engine timing is
set to 22 degrees.
Is there a recommended RPM, MAP, fuel flow?,
do I want
to run LOP during break-in?, what range should
I be looking for on CHT, EGT, TIT. Is there something I'am not thinking about
and should. I would also appreciate any thoughts
from the list. BTW I,am using Shell 100
