SCAT ducting works well.  I use 3.0" for the carb.  It slips tightly onto a 3 inch piece of aluminum in the cowl and more loosely onto the air box intake.  It is much more flexible if kept slightly compressed.  This compression also keeps it sealed.  I haven't tried CAT specifically, but I can tell you SCEET is much too rigid.
