Scat tubing has very high pressure drop; it really
shouldn't be used for induction or oil cooling ducts, unless efficiency
and drag take second place to convenience! Get yourself a new
bicycle inner-tube, cut it open, and with Pliobond, glue it into a tubular
shape and bond it to one of the tubes.
