Just finished completing the required SB.  No need to remove the wings.
We did remove the main gear but not the attached brake lines, in order
to complete the SB.  Getting to the bolt heads through the aileron push
tube hole with the wings on was not that big of a problem.  We had a thin
7/16 in wrench that had an open end that had a 45 degree bend which
helped.  The SB took us (two of us) about 9 hours to complete over two
days.  We did not see any indication of delamination, so we followed the
SB as written.  Hope all goes as well for everyone else.
