I think Peter Garrison that you are quoting above is referring to
the 320/360 series aircraft and not the IVP that is the center of this
discusion. Have you flown the IVP and evaluated its flying qualities? Are you
qualified to do so? Not to appear to be offensive here but are you an
aeronautical engineer or possess some other skill, talent, training and
background that gives rise to your opinions?
