Why not buy a cheap 7/16" combination wrench, heat it with a torch and bend

I haven't actually tried this -- I didn't have to since my wing skins aren't
on -- but I think it would probably work.  You might not even have to heat
the wrench, just put it in a vise and wail on it with a hammer...

I've had to do this in my line of work quite often. Wrenches are generally
hardened, so heating is a must, otherwise it would just break should you
"wail on it with a hammer" If there is sufficient room, put two bends in
the wrench to gain leverage on the side you hold.
