No doubt wrench access is improved if the wing is removed and you can stick a
wrench thru the aileron pushrod hole, but...
Why not buy a cheap 7/16" combination wrench, heat it with a torch and bend
the handle 90 degrees? (So it looks like the letter L) This way the wrench
can grab the bolt head and keep it from turning when you torque the nuts on
the aft face.
I haven't actually tried this -- I didn't have to since my wing skins aren't
on -- but I think it would probably work. You might not even have to heat
the wrench, just put it in a vise and whale on it with a hammer...
