Why not buy a cheap 7/16" combination wrench, heat it with a torch and bend the handle 90 degrees? (So it looks like the letter L) This way the wrench can grab the bolt head and keep it from turning when you torque the nuts on the aft face. I haven't actually tried this -- I didn't have to since my wing skins aren't on -- but I think it would probably work.
