The weldment will pull out of the socket in the attachment blocks. All you have to do is remove the aft attach block and tap the weldment out of the front block. The trick is that the aluminium attachment to the aft spar has to be removed to gain access to two of the bolts which means that this has to be unbloted from the wing. If the nuts imbedded in the outer wing are secure you have no problem - otherwise ???
