I haven't flown out of the area for a few years but trained at Westchester (HPN).  It is a busy general aviation airport  - not unusual to be 10th to land on a Friday.  General cater to the corporate jets, but it is by far the closest to Greenwich.  Other options are Danbury DXR but that is about 45min to an hour away by car same for Bridgeport (BDR)  both are smaller fields easy to get in and out of.  If it were me, I'd go to HPN but call ahead.
