HPN is "White Plains" or Westchester County and it is a "good one" with a selection of good FBOs. The flow getting in and out can be a bit tedious, but generally it's tolerable if you don't try to get in or out at the end of the afternoon. And it is really close to Greenwich - like about 15 minutes.
