I find the LML invaluable for general information, but felt the need to glue a small FG fraternity together via a dedicated site. This is absolutely *not* a competitor to the LML. It's entire purpose is to provide for specific information exchange around the Legacy FG and not clog your email with that information. However, because there are similarities to the regular Legacy, I'd invite any of you that would like to drop by and check us out to do so. Please feel free to contribute as well. The Forum mechanism that I'm using provides for lots of graphics and in all of my posts, I've included lots of pictures in mine. I'm sure I hold the record for the most posts and currently have the last post in each category. :) We have sections for building, wiring, avionics, interior, bodywork and paint, performance, pictures of - panels, finished airplanes, etc. (some of you may see pictures that I've borrowed as good/interesting/different ideas, etc.) We are a very small group (10 members the last time I looked). I believe this accounts for most of the FG's that I know about. Of that member count, 3 are flying, one is very close, one is doing a Auto-engine, 2 are doing deltahawk diesels, the others are doing the TIO-360 or the new IO-400 or IO-390 and I'm doing an IO-550 (in carbon of course). There is one other that I know of that is flying, it's at the factory and I believe will be for sale. A gentleman from Spain built it, but it appears to not match his mission profile and so he may sell it. Anyway, drop by and say hi and of course, as my friend Rob Logan would do - give us grief and ask us "where's the gear switch and lights on your panel?" :> The site is legacyfg.jconserv.net Mostly, be safe and have fun!
