Well I may still be fouling up the numbers, but I get the same results with
the formula advanced by RWolf99 as presented earlier.

0.002378*(120*5280/3600)^2/(2*144) =  0.2558 psi

.2558psi*29.92/14.696*13.6= 7.08 inches of water at 120 mph

and 19.7 inches of water at 200 mph.

What did I do wrong.
