Flew out for breakfast sat. morning when prepping to leave raising flaps to aprox 2" down I passed my spot then could not get them to move down, went up more and they seemed to coast, still no down, more up and they were stuck in full up position.Flew home and started tear down, flaps were jammed in reflex(about3/4")so hard I could not remove the pin on the flap motor clevis end, disconnected flap push rods and press. was relieved enough to remove pin and then motor asm.all seems to work well on test but seems to coast about 1/2" when power is removed, these motors are supposed to stop immediately I believe.Still doesn't explain why it would not move flaps down even before they were jammed in up position?removed motor gears all look good anybody know if you can buy the motor separately.
