Just a comment on B&C.  They are a great source for anything electrical you need.  I bought a ground strap from them.  You give them the length and what size ring terminals you need on each end and it comes already assembled with a piece of shrink wrap ready to go.

 

They have all the ring terminals for every size wire and stud and the big uninsulated ones come with a short piece of shrink wrap.
