 My Hartzell used to stay at the same RPM when I was under 105 kts and  went
to high pitch. The Aero Composites prop needs to be below about  90 kts in
order to not spool up the engine. If the engine winds up, I  know that I am
being slowed down. Below 90 kts I can't tell if the  prop is slowing me down
or not.
