Others may have more up to date info but here goes:

If you are only staying one night the FBO at
McCarren (LAS) is good, they park you one night
free if you buy very expensive gas but with planning
the extra gas expense will be less than a taxi ride.
They will shuttle and pick up at downtown hotels,
as it is in the middle of town. Call to get up to date as
it has been a couple years for me.

North Las Vegas is great for gas and parking. One
time I was there they had a free shuttle (tip suggested) into town
but I had to taxi back out ($20 or so plus tip).
There are buses as well if you really want to go local.

McCarren is very convient, it is class B but I have never
had any trouble in and out in my C182 even with all
the big iron about. After you park and walk in the
FBO no one knows whether you came in a 182 or
one of the acres of Gulfstreams, etc. :)
