The fellow who is willing to to take unecessary risk with his life and others in one area will do so in other areas. Many of these kinds of pilots seem to think the regulations do not apply to them. They lie on the medicals, they skip the flight review, they bogus up their logbooks, they press the minimums. I see it often during the course of an accident investigation.
