I spoke with L-3 about 8 months ago and they GUARANTEED that Stormscope is compatible with the carbon IV-P and ES-P planes - it just takes a little tweaking.  They offered to have their tech's work on any problem that the local installer is not able to fix.  I cannot find that e-mail exchange right now but I'll keep looking.
