Those look like standard 1/4" shaft potentiometers.  Try your local Cell
Phone Shack (I'm pretty sure the sign on the door still says "Radio Shack"),
and if you don't find anything there, try DigiKey (www.digikey.com), Jameco
Electronics (www.jameco.com), Newark (www.newark.com), the recently
mentioned McMaster-Carr,  or just about any other electronics distributor.
